Los Sueños Dos offers beauty and richness in the peaceful surroundings of Los Sueños Dos, just a 6 minute walk to downtown and a few more to the beach. The 24 unit complex is gated with night security and a salt water pool strategically centred.
Each townhouse has 2 bedroom with private ensuites upstairs and a livingroom, kitchen, and half-bath on the main floor. Our units come with fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning throughout, dedicated wi-fi, and private laundry in the unit.

VILLAS GUAPINOL
Located in the upscale Playa Langosta, Villas Guapinol is a small 10 unit property with a large, secluded pool. Each unit has a secure, designated parking space. The beach is a pleasant 7 minute walk from the complex.
Playa Langosta is a predominantly residential neighborhood with a few restaurants and stores. The quiet beach is popular for sunbathing, surfing, or just relaxing.
Each unit in Villas Guapinol is 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath located on a single level.

PUEBLO DEL MAR
Situated close to the downtown core, Pueblo del Mar is still far enough to offer a peaceful stay in a lush environment. The gated complex is a mixture of one and two bedroom townhouses with a shared saltwater pool and shaded palapa, both with plenty of seating.
Grocery stores, banks, restaurants and more are under a 4 minute walk from the complex. The beach is just another 5 minutes along the central avenue of Tamarindo. The increasingly popular Thursday Night Market is just around the corner where you will find local artisans, love music and fabulous international street food.
